An Atlanta resident since 1987 and licensed since 1994, Chip knows Atlanta’s neighborhoods like the back of his hand. He is an industry leader in buyer representation and has successfully negotiated hundreds of contracts on behalf of happy buyers throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Chip has vast experience representing buyers purchasing single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, lofts, and new construction, and prides himself on treating all clients as if they were family or friends. Chip is a widely respected member of the Atlanta real estate community. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has E-Pro® certification and Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation.
A native of Nashville, Chip is a graduate of Auburn University. In his free time, he enjoys travel, music, cooking, the beach, learning about wine, and spending time with his four nieces and nephew.
