Welcome to Ansley Park

Historic, centrally-located neighborhood with park-like feel

Ansley Park is a historic Atlanta neighborhood centrally located between Midtown and Piedmont Park. The neighborhood was developed in the early 20th century as the first Atlanta suburb with wide streets designed for automobiles, swapping the grid layout of older streetcar suburbs for winding roads with verdant, parkway-like landscaping. Ansley Park’s attractive layout, large homes, and highly-desirable location quickly established it as the top neighborhood for Atlanta’s elite. Extending through Ansley Park are Winn and McLatchy Parks, surrounding its homes with verdant green space and giving the impression of living within one contiguous public park.

Ansley Park remains one of Atlanta’s most exclusive neighborhoods, offering an enticing mix of elegant historic and contemporary homes. The eclectic architecture range from gorgeous classical properties to breathtaking modern designs. Spacious interiors feature soaring ceilings and the finest in upscale fittings and finishes.

Park & Lifestyle

Ansley Park’s unique layout was master-planned by Edwin P. Ansley in 1904, who envisioned a neighborhood that would be an oasis of calm and greenery close to Atlanta’s more bustling districts. The result is a wonderfully walkable neighborhood that is full of hidden parks and scenic streets. Ansley Park is also within walking distance of Midtown’s shopping districts and restaurants, as well as Piedmont Park’s expansive green space.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Ansley Park is a private residential enclave located close to many major shopping areas and cultural attractions. Located immediately to Ansley Park’s south, Midtown’s Colony Square redevelopment is a modernist mixed-use space with shops and restaurants surrounding three skyscraper office towers. Dining options at Colony Square include Freshii, sushi spot Sukoshi, and refined New American eatery 5Church Atlanta. 5Church hosts rooftop sunset parties with DJs spinning tunes until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Colony Square also hosts events such as the Lunchbox Series, which brings live music and comedy performances to The Grove’s outdoor space.

Ansley Mall is located on Ansley Park’s northeastern boundary in the Piedmont Heights neighborhood, featuring an LA Fitness gym, Publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy, and Pier One Imports. Ansley Golf Club covers the northern portion of the neighborhood, where it offers members two clubhouses with fine dining and casual eating spaces.
